Refund policy

1-Wrong or defective Items:

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We must receive the package in our store unopened and with no defects.

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2- Items damaged in transit

If your shipment arrives with visible damage to the entire carton/package- take a picture, call the shipper immediately for damage inspection. Also, please notify our store via email at info@SaintMickael.org to alert us that you have a claim reported to the shipping company. Allowances may not be made by our company if this procedure is not followed.

3- Customer’s change of mind

If you choose to return an item because you changed your mind, simply email us at info@SaintMickael.org. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying for shipping back to our warehouse and the returned item(s) will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
